Cold Therapy is a proven modality in the reduction of pain and swelling and is convenient to both patients and healthcare providers. Cold therapy provides regulated cold temperature that helps prevent the negative effects of trauma and speed up rehabilitation. Using a Kinex cold therapy product allows patients to apply around-the-clock cold, at a continuous temperature, without constantly replacing ice or cold packs. The products are convenient and portable, and can be used in the hospital, clinic, or home.
Cold Therapy may be applied post operatively, immediately following an injury, trauma, or surgery, or before and/or after physical therapy sessions.
