    Phase I Rehab
    Kinex offers all of a patients home therapy needs for the first phase of rehabilitation.  Kinex offers unique CPM devices for the shoulder, knee, elbow, hand and ankle.  Kinex distributors also utilize the Kinex ThermoComp™ device offering cold + compression therapy, heat therapy, contrast therapy and DVT/PE prophylaxis.  The ThermoComp™ Device offers cold therapy through an iceless system with precise temperature control.  Compression and cold offer more benefits than cold alone.  DVT prophylaxis offers surgeons added patient protection while helping prevent excessive bleeding into the joint.  All Kinex services are offered under the Kinex Patient Protection Guarantee that extends all of our services to all patients.

    Soft Tissue Market
    Kinex competes only in the $500-$700 million domestic market for post surgical Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) with an estimated 30% share of the soft tissue market.  Kinex's strong growth is being driven by new proprietary CPM devices designed specifically following rotator cuff repair, ACL repair, cartilage repair, ligament repair, tendon repair and soft tissue release procedures.  Kinex distributes its products through approximately 200 Kinex Orthopedic Representatives, representing 14 distributors in all or part of 30 states.

    Key Surgeon Support
    Our proven soft tissue CPM devices bring clarity to this often misunderstood market.  Surgeons such as Pat Connor (Carolina Panthers) now utilize CPM as part of their protocols due in part to the Kinex CPM devices.  Surgeons respond to Kinex CPM because we support every protocol with clinical evidence.  By focusing on soft tissue procedures Kinex has developed a very profitable turn-key CPM business model.  Kinex provides the CPM devices, CPM technology, insurance billing & collection, training, marketing, custom sales pieces, and business consultation so you can focus on sales and service.

        Requirements 
      1. Should have 3-5 years applicable experience in orthopedic sales or sports medicine sales.
      2. Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation, independence, and a strong customer orientation.
      3. Must have a strong business strategy with the ability to craft winning strategies for upper extremity surgical procedures.
      4. Must be able to leverage a broad base of industry experience to lead a sports medicine distributorship.
      5. Must divulge any restrictions that would limit your ability to develop a Kinex CPM distributorship.
      6. Must be able to develop sound business plans and objectives for designated territories and provide product and specific industry knowledge.
      7. Must have access to DSL or a cable modem.
